1. For Internal Personnel & Team Members
      By participating in the development, operation, or scaling of the ecosystem, all internal personnel agree to the following protocols:
    • Data Sovereignty & Confidentiality: Personnel must maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all internal operations, custom code bases, proprietary models, and partner data in strict alignment with the DPPR Compliance Policy.
    • Unauthorized Use: Unauthorized replication, distribution, or external discussion of Centrovance AI infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
    • Intellectual Property Protection: All digital assets, source code, interactive Figma components, user experience layouts, and custom APIs developed during tenure remain the exclusive intellectual property of Centrovance AI.
    • Operational Execution: Personnel are obligated to execute and deliver all assigned tasks within the exact milestones stipulated in the Strategic Project Roadmap: 2026–2027.
    • Policy Integration: Continuous compliance with all official corporate regulations, including the Clean Sheet Policy and ACML framework, is a mandatory prerequisite for ongoing engagement.
  2. For Board Directors
      Members of the Board of Directors assume a fiduciary and strategic responsibility to the ecosystem and agree to the following terms:
    • Active Governance & Attendance: Directors must maintain consistent attendance and active participation across all scheduled board meetings throughout the critical periods of platform development and market acquisition.
    • Strategic Oversight: Directors agree to actively facilitate, champion, and clear operational pathways for the execution of the Strategic Project Roadmap: 2026–2027.
    • Institutional Integrity: Directors must embody and enforce absolute compliance with all corporate policies, preserving the ethical and operational standards of the ecosystem.
  3. For Licensed Institutional Customers
      By provisioning an enterprise license and deploying Centrovance AI solutions, the customer explicitly consents to the following legally binding terms:
    • Data Optimization Utility: The customer grants Centrovance AI the right to utilize anonymized operational data strictly for system optimization, algorithmic refinement, and the continuous enhancement of the platform's core services.
    • Financial Integrity Compliance: The customer agrees to strict adherence to the Anti-Corruption & Money Laundering (ACML) Policy.
    • Governing Refund Thresholds: The customer acknowledges and accepts the structural boundaries of the official Refund Policy, recognizing the hard 3-month evaluation limit and the subsequent 100% non-refundable status of licensing fees.
